Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on:

  • Unopened and unused fabric cuts

  • Lace appliqués and trims in original condition

  • Sewing accessories and tools in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Opened or used products

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@SewingArtisanFabrics.com  within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

  3. We will send you return instructions.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.
