Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused, unwashed fabrics in their original condition with tags attached. Custom-cut fabrics and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color, pattern, or product, please contact us at info@SewingArtisanFabrics.com to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective fabric, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
